That has happened to me on more than one camping trip now don’t get me wrong I love to have that fresh catfish that was just caught that day cooked over the fire but when it comes to making daily meals to last the entire time of the trip for all the picky little campers in my family I always find myself at a lose for things to make. I will share one of the EASY CAMPING RECIPES I always make for my camping trips and a lot of others I plan on using this year and for years to come they never get old and they will always please even the picky eater in your camping party.

So here is one of my favorite EASY CAMPING RECIPES and this can be pre-made the day before the trip stored in a plastic zip lock bag and brought out any night of the camp out for dinner it actually gets better the longer it marinates.

1. Boneless skinless chicken breast this recipe is for four breast just double or triple the recipe as needed.2. Two tablespoons of red wine vinegar.3. Two envelopes of dry ranch dressing.4. Two tablespoons olive oil5. A zip lock bag big enough to hold your chicken.

In a bowl big enough to hold all or most of your chicken put all ingredients the oil, dressing mix, and red wine vinegar mix it up and then roll your chicken around in it make sure to cover all chicken real good with the mix then place them in your zip lock bag and put them in the fridge to use later at the camp site.http://tinyurl.com/firefoodTry it you will love this recipe…
